We want you to be aware of a few ways you can partner with us in praying for Bob Kauflin, our director of worship development, and Steve Cook, our music producer, in their work on some new projects with Sovereign Grace Music.

Last week, they recorded tracks for a second Spanish album which will be a combination of original and translated songs. In addition to using talented musicians from our churches, two members from the band Enfield (Dave Zimmer on drums and Ryan Foglesong on bass) are playing on the album. Recording of overdubs and lead vocals started this week. Please pray for the recording process as well as health and strength for the vocalists and musicians.
Also, please pray for Steve Cook as he finishes mixing the live album recorded at the Together for the Gospel conference. The album will feature the voices of 8,000 joined in worshiping our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, singing ancient and modern hymns.
Both of these albums are scheduled to be out before September, and we look forward to sharing more details on each one when it is released.

From Age to Age, Sovereign Grace Music's newest album, is now officially released! This collection of 14 songs includes old hymns set to new music as well as entirely new songs that are inspired by hymns of the past and seek to reflect our appreciation for the traditional hymn format. Yet all the songs have the same goal: to proclaim God's greatness in the gospel.
The album is available in MP3 format on iTunes ($9.99), Bandcamp ($9), and Amazon ($7.99). Hard copy CDs are available on the Sovereign Grace Store ($12). You can now also stream all the songs for free on Bandcamp.
One song from the album, "Glorious Christ," focuses especially on honoring Jesus Christ for his character. The version on the album features vocalist Dale Bischof, but the Sovereign Grace Music team also recorded an acoustic version in the studio that you can listen to in the video below.

Hymns have been used by the church for centuries and are a type of congregational song we still benefit from today. Using hymns as a means to proclaim God’s greatness in the gospel is the primary aim of Sovereign Grace Music’s newest album release, From Age to Age, which combines traditional hymn structures with new lyrics and melodies.
The 14 songs on the album originated in a variety of ways. Some are old lyrics set to new tunes, while others are simply inspired by hymns of the past. A number of songs are completely new but seek to reflect our appreciation for the theologically rich heritage of hymns.
You can pre-order the MP3 album through Bandcamp from March 27 to April 10 for only $5. You’ll be able to download “Oh, My Soul, Arise” at the time of purchase. On April 10, the official release date, you’ll receive an email with a link to download the entire album.
At that time, the album will become available on Amazon, iTunes, and the Sovereign Grace Store, and the Bandcamp price will increase to $9.
Check out the pre-order deal on Bandcamp, and be on the lookout for From Age to Age when it makes its full debut on April 10.

Sovereign Grace Music has been producing music for local churches for 25 years, and they now have their own YouTube and Vimeo channels. You can subscribe to either channel and keep up to date on song videos, footage taken during album recordings, song tutorials for musicians, and interviews related to worship and music. Recently they've been posting videos from The Gathering, along with updates on the album they're currently working on, From Age to Age.
Below is a video from The Gathering, featuring Pat Sczebel singing "Now Why This Fear," originally written by Augustus Toplady and updated by Doug Plank:

Our newest album officially releases tomorrow, but you can get it for only $5 today at Bandcamp. (You can also stream it for free.)
It’s called The Gathering, and it was recorded live at our worship conference in August. The 15 songs on the album follow the progression of a worship service, walking through the gospel and our response to it: adoration, confession, proclamation of forgiveness through Christ, knowing God through his Word, communion, and mission to the world.
The Gathering will be on iTunes and Amazon tomorrow, but the $5 price is today only.

If you want to find sermon video from Sovereign Grace leaders, the most complete online archive available at present is the Sovereign Grace Ministries Vimeo page. Here are some of the collections we offer there:
The Vimeo archive is still fairly small, so if there are any old sermons you would love to see prioritized as we build it please let us know in a comment on this post.
We also have a Youtube channel which we use primarily for videos related to Sovereign Grace Music, such as music videos for our songs or training videos for worship leaders.

And we’re not even kidding. You can download Risen, including the digital booklet, here.
The album features thirteen songs celebrating the reality and meaning of Christ’s resurrection. When we released it ten days ago, the response was so enthusiastic that our online store slowed to a crawl, then crashed. We were grateful for all the love, but obviously we didn’t prepare our servers adequately for the workload.
We’ve solved the technical difficulties and reinstated the sale for the next two weeks, through April 15.

We hope you think it was worth the wait.
